This is my favorite smoothie recipe:

1 Cup Organic Soy Milk
6 0nces pineapple juice
1 banana
4 large organic strawberries
1/2 cup pineapple
5-6 ice cubes
Put all ingredients into a blender, place cover on, blended until well incorporated ( about 1 minute )
Serve.
The soy protein keeps me feeling full all morningĀ and this smoothie has plenty of vitaminsĀ B1, B2, B6, C, E, magnesium, calcium, potassium and fiber.
