Samantha shares her story of rheumatoid arthritis. She talks about how the disease changed her life and how she adapted to the changes that it brought her. It is an honest story of what it can be like living with rheumatoid arthritis. I could relate to her story on many levels.
Much of what Samantha says I can identify with but in my case my arthritis was found to be caused by Lyme Disease and after long term antibiotics I now have no arthritis and full mobility again.
With the controversy over IDSA guidelines and the current review how many people suffer with arthritis not realising it could be as a result of a tiny tick bite sometimes as small as a poppy seed or that 30% of people didn’t get the bulls eye rash or that 50% of blood tests are unreliable. http://www.lymediseaseaction.org.uk for more information.
Having suffered from Lyme disease this summer I know what you’ve been through. I don’t think many people realize how small the ticks are and how much damage they can cause. Thanks for your input.
